A sneak peek of Preemptive AI for Domino

Preemptive AI for Notes and Domino is a set of components we plan to release shortly to add LLM functionality to the platform. 

It will work hand in glove with Domino 14.5 and what HCL is doing with Domino IQ. 

This demonstration uses a current release of Domino, sending most requests to a local LLM running on a Mac Mini M4 Pro under LMStudio using the dolphin3.0-llama3.1-8b model.

To give you a glimpse of what's possible, the “AI-Expand” request is sent to OpenAI’s GPT-4 model (Preemptive AI works with a compatible OpenAI completions API).

In this demo, we are going to take some poorly written English text, improve it, and finally convert it to German. Let the fun begin:
