MESSAGEmanager was a fantastic fax server, built by an Australian Company called MESSAGEmanager Solutions. OpenText purchased them in October 2011, and then put the product to rest a year later, ending all support in 2015.
Many customers continue to use the product today. That said, if you need a hand with the server, looking to replace it, or want similar gateway functionality with another cloud product, then be sure to let me know.

As for the simular product: FaxWorks. Run on OS/2 with double ISDN lines, sending documents directly from Lotus (IBM) Notes. When sent, message in my mail inbox: "Successfully sent".
Fax is now dead.
