Using Defrag.NSF to upgrade your database's ODS on V10 Servers

After upgrading to the latest version of Defrag.NSF on your Domino V10 server, you can use Defrag.NSF to run a Health Check, if you aren't running the latest ODS for the server, the Health Check will detect this and remind you of this as best practice.
