They killed it, instead of fixing it (just like the embedded browser - but that's another story)
Let's hope HCL bring it back. Modern systems need modern Admin tools, and let's face it, most of the World has been 'Web first' for decades.

It does seem like a poor choice to do away with the Web Admin client. (It made more sense getting rid of the embedded browser, as they simply couldn't keep up.) I'd ote to fix it and bring it back.
