If the goal is to eliminate the random 5-480 minute initial sync, try the following:
1. Set IDVAULT_RESYNC_POLL=1 and IDVAULT_RESYNC_INTERVAL=1 in the client notes.ini. This will cause an initial sync in one minute instead of the random time.
2. Set IDVAULT_COUNT1=5 and IDVAULT_STAMP1= in the client notes.ini. This will also cause an immediate initial sync.
